I had tried everything for lower back pain before coming here. Couldn't be happier now that I am pain free. Jeff and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly effective! I started getting adjustments a couple times a week and slowly tapered off while doing more physical therapy exercises on my own (which Jeff and Derek taught me).
