A great test for shoulder stability!
The goal of these stretches is to feel it, not a certain amount of reps. We often shoot for about a minute total for each but it is very dependent on the individual. Start slow and work your way up!
This is another great exercise for shoulder stability. Working on the shoulder stabilizers will help decrease shoulder pain!
