CRAWLS AND ROLLS
Crawling and rolling are great ways to work on strength, flexibility, and mobility. Make sure to use cross pattern movement
Adding visual field concentration to balance exercises is a great way to activate deep cervical muscle stabilizers
The goal of these stretches is to feel it, not a certain amount of reps. We often shoot for about a minute total for each but it is very dependent on the individual. Start slow and work your way up!
