CRAWLS AND ROLLS
Crawling and rolling are great ways to work on strength, flexibility, and mobility. Make sure to use cross pattern movement
It needs some work but was able to get the Movnat Hand Swing Up. Being able to climb and get overhead is a great natural movement ability.
This is a great challenge for shoulder strength, mobility and stability along with a big test for grip strength!
